Who can be seen at Hampton Carling After Hours?
If your family physician is a member of the Hampton Broadview Family Health Organization, you will have access to this clinic. We are not able to see patients who do not have a family physician or who are not members of the Hampton Broadview Family Health Organization.
What problems can be seen at Hampton Carling After Hours?
Urgent problems that arise after your family physician's office has closed or for which you cannot be seen. Examples would include problems such as colds, ear infections, bladder infections and musculoskeletal injuries.
What problems are not appropriate for Hampton Carling After Hours?
Issues that should be managed by your own family physician or their office. Examples would include prescription renewals, annual physical exams, monitoring of chronic or ongoing illnesses and completion of medical forms.

If you are unable to obtain an appointment with your own family physician for an urgent matter, you may call 613-722-9689 after 3 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and after 8 a.m. on Saturdays. Are Quebec patients accepted?
Quebec patients will be charged directly for the visit. Please identify that you are a Quebec patient when booking and you will be advised of the payment arrangements. If your are charged, you will be provided with appropriate paperwork to submit for reimburement. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit.
If the clinic is closed, do I have access to medical advice?
You can call the Telephone Health Advisory Service at 1-866-553-7205 for medical advice triaged by a nurse.
Does my physician receive a record of my visit at Hampton Carling After Hours?
All records and results from your visit are forwarded to your family physician. Any follow-up for your visit should be with your own family physician.
Are there charges for off-work/school notes?
If appropriate, an off-work/school note will be given and there will be a charge as this is a non-insured service. Please inform the receptionist when you book your appointment that you may require an off-work/school note and you will be given an estimate of the charge. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit.
